Somebody asks about a work
An e-mail, a message from the storefront, a note from a fair, or a conversation somebody types up afterwards — against a work, or against a description of one.
Attaches the enquiry to the work rather than to a lead list, and to the person rather than to an address. If the work is not on the register yet, it is created from what was described.
An enquiry on the record, with the work, the person and the basis you hold them on — not a row in a separate CRM that will disagree with the register by Friday.
Who else this suits, and on what evidence
The work, and the client book — interests, previous acquisitions, the artists and the price bands each contact has actually engaged with.
Proposes the contacts a work suits and shows the evidence for each: what they bought, what they asked about, what they viewed and did not. Consent is checked before anybody is suggested for an approach.
